Mod works, I played with MTU and TUP mods. It doesn't change all the characters, but it's at least something.

for some reason the strategist class remains unchanged for me. meaning it remains blue not the faction colors. but all the other classes work fine. is this a known issue?

Feels a little oversaid by me at this point but another great mod by Havie! Anyone who loves 3K, Dynasty Warriors, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and wants to add depth to their Total War 3k experience.... Havie's mods are a must, they are HIGHLY I cannot stress this enough, HIGHLY compatible.
I use over 50 mods and al,most every single one of Havie's 26 and not a single issue! An absolute MUST HAVE!

dont think its working anymore, it doesnt show faction colours for generic generals, tried it with this mod being the only one active too

would you ever be able to change the colors of unique generals in the future, say like making Zhang Liao or Zhang He share the colors of Cao Caos blue and red?

Well if another mod edits the "factions" table, this will certainly be incompatible, and theres nothing I can really do about that. sorry

well i like this type colour mod better than ROTK
it match with more variant flag mod but just hoping it can show on campaign map.

Yeah sadly looks like theres something more complicated going on with the color schemes of the elite units. Its going to be on the color mask on the materials themselves.
I know where to begin looking, but honestly, i dont have the time to mess with this. And it doesnt bother me that much.
if u wana look into it, play around with these in the variant editor, and DL Gimp to make changes.

Alright thanks for the screenshots, the yellow dragons are called "yellow" dragons for a reason. I wont change the color there.

White cavalry is really white. Protectors of Heaven are also white. But the entire line of Dragon units has its own colors. The imperial units from the new Mandate of Heaven addition also have their color red. But as I understand it, the mod for the add-on was not updated. I use rPFM, Photoshop , Gimp, and the variant editor in TED. I can’t really give you any advice because it’s a big process. Play around w the variant editor and if there aren’t guides for 3k look at older titles like rome2. Also download a similar reskin and reverse engineer what they did

Why does it only change the color under the strategist's coat? Could you change his coat for blue to the faction color?
