1.4版圖層由有原來分成數個不同部位統一合併成一張大圖，且遊戲內解析度也不同。我自己也試過，3DM或遊俠網一些舊的改圖軟體目前沒用了。

原有的更换立绘方法已经完全失效了。
我会尝试通过新的方法来复活这个mod，但是工作量很大，不确定什么时候可以完成。
有兴趣一起完成和维护这个项目吗？

我还准备反映一下今天玩八王的问题呢，女水将没脸了。看见作者发的消息了。

试了一晚上，确定了两件事：
1.CA换了新的mod立绘调用方法，mod不能改面部立绘了。
2.之后我通过直接修改data.pack文件的办法把立绘导入进去：
正常：兵牌、头像。
不能正常显示：人物详情全身立绘和半身立绘。
然后我做了一个试验，把原版面部图片导入回去，可以正常显示；在此基础上用photoshop给面部图片上画了一笔，不能正常显示。我推测是CA给图片加了某种验证方式，一旦修改过就不能加载。建议想办法跟CA联系问一下这件事情。

3DM那裏的原作者幾乎全都不管了，都是我一個人在維護。

我已經改過解析度了，但仍無法顯示，也許我用的方法或軟體不對吧。但不管怎樣這實在有點花時間，每次更新就一堆問題，真的有不太想弄了。

还是不显示脸部。我尝试改一下分辨率吧，如果能用再上传。

sad to see this gone. Very few mods with a not over the top female portraits revamp

CA changed the resolution of all character portraits and that's why the faces don't show up in-game. This will probably take quite some time for modders to fix, so we should show patience and let them do their thing, because every single portrait need to be re-scaled to the right resolution.

我又上傳了 一次，再試試。若仍不行就用其他模組替代吧。

I just looked at the latest patch notes. It mentioned that all 2D images of characters have been upscaled to 1080p for better fidelity on larger screens. With this mod, I noticed that female character faces will appear when shown in smaller size (e.g. court sidebar on the right side of screen). But when the character's face appears on larger parts of the UI (e.g. unit stats panel on the left side of the screen), the face disappears.

Using only this mod the female faces are missing in the character screen. Started with Cao Cao, Sun Jian and most others that have a female in court in both 182 and 190 (records mode) with no change. Uninstalled the mod and resubscribed with no success.

I think you ought to make this an age mod !

it does not work properly with 1.4, at least with existing saves, so something definitely changed.

All of my portraits mods are still functional, no need to update.

Also if you can still use them in game, then it's still functional regardless update or not, no need to ask unless it's actually not working.

就是一張禁止彩虹旗的圖樣，我只放在自己帳號裡，與三國沒有任何關係。我也看不出違反哪條steam規範，比這糟糕的圖片到處都是

想知道這波模組爭議來由可看這帖子。我有做解釋也附上我和CA網管的對話紀錄，不過是英文的。目前被鎖了，但還是能看。
