Does this mod allow you to name your country whatever you want?

Towards the Palace there should be a computer for Citizens. it's there somewhere.

Yeah, I found the ones for Miner, Chicken, and Cow. I built the bank district, but couldn't find the citizen computer for Bank. I also guess that a single house blueprint is worthless, you need 10 for a district. So build 9 more and make a district and read the note and it'll spawn.

I checked the houses in the bank district, but didn't see a PC to add a resident.

the computers or Dwarven Buttons are outside after each region in the city are built.

Going outside in RL isn't something I can do, if that's where you were going with that. I'd love to go climb some mountains and take photos of what I see again, but oh well.
I have a bunch of mod ideas for Skyrim and RimWorld that I no longer have the mental capacity to produce, but if that was a real offer I'd be happy to do whatever I need in order to get stuff done. Hunt me down on Discord.

@Viirinsoftworks - Maybe going outside is good for your health, ah the fresh air -- no computer fumes or anything stressful. If you need help modding I am available unless I am working on a major project exceeding 500 megabytes and 40 hours of programming...

Oh, I'm not worried about losing people- I have a mod that lets me talk to an NPC to toggle their Essential status. Thank you though!

For the attract Citizens - it is the same as attract other NPC - you make the certificate (workbench or Foreign Exchange chair) and enter it into the "Computer" - 1 per NPC; the "Computer" (Dwarven Button) is on the location outside once that region is built in the City. Each NPC is Mortal (killable). You should create Guards in case of summoned Dragon or rioters, undead, etc. from random effects (as in the Mara shrine).

I met Ice Lily. So, how does the Attract Citizens and various job papers (lumberjack, guard, etc) work exactly? Attract summons someone, the paper gives them a character class? You give it to un-named NPCs in Skyrim/Solstheim/Soul Cairn?

No. Just the ESM (New World Mod Resource) and Hearthfire DLC are needed.
The others are collections only.

That's a hefty amount of mods as requirements, but I get its necessary due to the immensity of what you've done here. Are all the mods listed in Create Your Own (Series) and City Mods of Skyrim required?

I updated the Mod with the correct location so as to not upset the religious Lore-Conscious Zealots who cling to the idea Bosmer/Wood elves are dominant in all parts of Tamriel -- So this is now: "A State-Builder in EAST Valenwood." My Skyrim Guide Book said "Bosmer/Wood Elves" are from "Western Valenwood." Okay? The location was decided AFTER the Mod was done.

@The Farmer - The city is built in Valenwood, its citizens are Bosmer/Wood Elves. Who are you complaining to? Did you also not play the mod or just look at my pictures and made a conclusion based on that?

@SmMo - did you actually play this mod or are you just trolling it? The city is built on the beach, where there are no trees, so it doesn't violate any Pact. The majority of the worldspace is untouched forests, mountains, rivers, etc. The citizens whom you attract once the city is built are wood-elves. I played ESO when it first was available. Find someone else to troll.

Also, since this is set in Valenwood, why are there normal farmhouses? In lore, the Bosmer are said to reside in massive treehouse like houses.

Oh, also? We're talking about Valenwood, the land in which the Bosmeri have long-ago formed the Green Pact with the Father of Manbeasts, Hircine. Exploitation of floral resources inside their province - wood, wheat, you name it! - is generally going met with arrows and daggers in the night, if it isn't the common Bosmeri protesting you in the day.

That and you're made of flesh and bone in a culture of accepted cannibalism and bone-craft.

Could I do better? No, I don't have the drive. But I'd certainly wouldn't misinform hundreds of people either.

I just have to come in and say that, while I applaud the effort put into it: the foliage is anything but Valenwood. It's supposed to be green, green and more green (and not pine or cedar,) with towering graht-oak trees and chock-full of Bosmeri. Yet in your screenshots I couldn't find a single Wood Elf.

Just irks me how inaccurate this is, and how it's painting the wrong picture for those who haven't read in-game book series like A Dance in Fire, or those who haven't played ESO.

The maps came with the worldspace (not map markers). I press F-12 to print screen and save to picture file. The maps would be LOD by the mod resource author.

I meant by custom world space map as those 5 pictures of the customary map.

The mod resource is the worldspace. I just added the city etc.
