I've never used hotseat before but I don't think that's a question for this mod. Also, you can flip your opponent's hand in any mod. The point is to not interact with things that you aren't supposed to, like how you wouldn't flip your opponent's card in real life either.

Also i can flip my oppoinents cards when they are in their hand?
