You have to chose the "Start with Skeleton Limbs" game type at the start as opposed to the standard Wanderer, Nobodies, Freedom Seekers, etc... game type. This loads the character creator with a skeleton limbed character.

I subscribed and enabled the mod, but when I create a character there are no skeleton limbs... is there a button or a setting somewhere I have to click?
