All the cards were made from only 2 .png files. The one with all the issues you are having is located here:

Its still seems to load fine for me, so if you are having issues try going to that link and downloading the image and creating your own cards.

Some cards seem to infinitely load, I can only get tyranid, genestealer, tau, and ork going.
