Hello @bad at games,

I have been working on a patch compilation mod called the Unofficial Patches for Kenshi to fix various bugs in the vanilla game. May I include your mod in this patch? All credit would go towards you of course.

lmao im over here tryna make them not attack rebel farmers after i wiped out every slave owning pos. its really frustrating when all the cities you liberated are filled with allies attacking eachother

Ok so in my case a skimmer got on top of a private building and the Shinobi must have busted in the door to get to it would this mod help?

HA, here I thought I added a mod that made them fight because I haven't spent much time in the uc cities until recently, when trying to set up a smuggling ring. That explains a lot. thanks for the mod.

Shame there isn't a neutrality flag that could be utilized. Thanks for the mod nonetheless.

That's interesting - I was based in Clownsteady when I created this mod and went from the Shinobi Thieves reliably being exterminated within a week to them surviving over 60 days. I'm not very surprised that you say this doesn't work though, the "coexist" flag even in the editor is marked as not being very reliable.

You're quite right about the cause and unfortunately I don't think there's any sensible way to fix it other than what this mod attempts. Faction slavery is either off or on - either you are 100% accepting of slavery or you are willing to fight anyone who takes slaves. I could fix this by making the Shinobi Thieves allies of the Slave Hunters but that seems worse than not attempting a fix at all.

I notice issues still in Clownsteady, the only place I test drove this mod. Seems that it's to do with slavers taking slaves and UC police response to the STs attacking said slavers.
