@Zaliron I just did some testing (a bit late i know, im sorry) it seems to be working allright. If you can give me some more information on how it's not working, maybe i can help you out.

I havent Updated it, so theres a chance it no longer works. but if it still works, you select the random start start. so like Rock bottom Randomstart for example. and that should cause you to spawn at any random town in the game

Doesn't seem to be working, is there a load order it needs to be in or is there a setting I'm missing?

Every location in the game is a potential starting location, from the large cities/town, to the lesser known hamlets. It wont spawn you in the middle of the desert sadly

Was just wondering about exactly how this works...I love Kenshi but the lack of starts makes for poor replayability. Does this actually make a random location or does it select from an extended list?

Something like this could greatly extend my interest in the game.

I can do that sure, but just keep in mind that It would be difficult for me to make it so you spawn not in a village of some type. The way i allow the random spawns means you spawn in any random town sadly doesn't allow no where. but certainly could be fun.... considering my last save i got through in Black desert City :P ill add it for yall

I feel like Rock Bottom would be a good start to add random starting locations to, even though the idea is you're stuck in the desert for a while. Could add some chance to spawn in other obscure locations, like the Fog Islands or something for example.
