They do not. They often spawn with iron helmets though.

Hold helmets would have a weird look to them because they have a cloth along the neck to keep the skin covered. On hold armor this is ok because the neck is rather covered already, this is not the case with iron armor however.

Do the iron armour fellows spawn with the hold helmets?

I always thought of it as "True Nordic Warriors" who join the Stormcloaks already have their personal adventuring gear. It also helps balance with the sister mod Imperial Legion Armor Varienty which adds heavy armor to Imperial Soldiers.

Of course, on the other hand everyon knows any true nord warrior would join the Imperial Legion.

I really love the idea, but I don't quite like the use of iron and banded armour because it just makes them seem like normal mercenaries instead of stormcloaks.

I reeeeeally like this mod! It diversifies the bland warriors of the Stormcloak Rebellion and gives them better or worse armor! I have been looking for something like this for AGES!!! (I have one that diversifies the Imperial Legion's lack of non-human races, as they CLAIM to have many people from many races under their banner, when in Vanilla all they have are humans. That mod and this one are peanut butter and jelly! the Imperial mod is called "We Are Legion",for those who are curious.)

The Thalmor are using the Imperials, if you haven't noticed, they hate humans. Once the war is done, wheather then Imperials or Stormcloaks win, they will attack the victor because they know they are weakend from the war. The Thalmor is the real enemy here.
But Stormcloaks for the win!

(iGamer) I agree, a rebellion is exactly what the Thalmor want since both sides are afraid to attack the other the Thalmor come up with a plan (manipulate a rebellion to break up the empire). death to the stormcloaks, if not for them the empire could gain its strangth back to attack the Thalmor and end the treaty and end the Thalmor.

this is nice, but they shold have the blue color over the armor.

this mod is great i have wonder why stormcloaks have no heavy armor troops now if only the race for this and the Imperial Legion mods was randome
