It mostly works for me, but there is a bug where the game keeps forgetting I've taken the new perk. I think it may be that it loses state when I load. I've been getting around this by using console commands to add the perk back.

@[Stay Salty] Mr.Purple, It's likely a mod conflict. Some custom spells may trigger multiple times and give you a Spell Sneak attack trigger for every single proc. Combining mods can sometimes lead to crazy interactions like that.

I started sneaking and for some reason i leveled up sneaking from 30 to 75?! O_o
at the top left of the screen it kept on poppin up "spell sneak attack for 1.5x damage"
I didn't even start attacking anything yet... Any one know why this happened? ._.

okay... so don't conjure a Dremora Lord (with your left hand and invisibility in your right hand), then open your favorites menu and select Lightning Cloak with your right hand and cast it

I found a notable bug with your mod. Whenever I cast Conjure Dremora Lord (with my left hand and invisibility in my right hand), then open my favorites menu and select Lightning Cloak with my right hand and cast it, my Dremora Lord dies, as though it had been banished. I know for a fact that it's your mod--I am able to reproduce it indefinitely with your mod installed, and when I remove it, it stops happening entirely.

Other mods I have installed that might be relevant: Unofficial Skyrim patch Legendary edition (so yes I have all the official DLC). Possibly others, I will list them later if you are unable to reproduce this bug yourself.

@aaronisgrandpoobah, you need the perk for it to work. If you are using an overhaul, try reading the book "A Fireball from the Shadows" at one of its many places in the world.

Be careful with this mod, it seems to have caused a memory leak in one of my saves (10K+ orphan scripts that were all attached to this mod that I had to clean with Script Cleaner) after going through with the script cleaning it seems to be performing alright now, but they may start adding up again. If you use this, be sure to regularly check for orphan scripts.

Does this perks work with Staves?
Cuz my side here is that I downloaded the One-Handed Crossbow mod BUT these are categorized as Staves since they are, fair enought, re-skins of those so I'm curious if these also benefit from the stealth bonus so my Assassin can be GLORIOUS!

So I can only sneak attack when I'm using the dark brotherhood gloves? I honestly find that unfair.

Silent casting should be used as an enchantment and should be applied to the shot sound of bows and crossbows as well as the withdraw sound of a sword or dagger leaving the scabbard.

I have found a bug I was doing the college quests and still geting the Sneak Bonus even though i had been spotted. hope you can fix this at some point other than that GREAT MOD

Can someone help me out. I've put points into the stealth stuff and it should do sneak damage but it doesn't. I've got dark brotherhood gear and all, but whenever i cast say.. firebolt, it doesn't do sneak attack damage and i don't get a notification that it did.

Mod works well, but it seems like I no longer get any kill cams with spells. Could be a coincidence, though, I didn't have the time to test it through yet.

One more thing - I love, LOVE the 3x sneak attack on rune spells. They were practically useless to me before, but now I can blow people up from the shadows with them.

I was irritated when they didn't add any sneak bonuses into maging at all. It didn't make sense. Let's hope this works.

Love this mod. This should have been built into the game.

@Roxies, what you are describing is normal. If the mod changes the sneak tree that will occur, but the perks will still remain. The glitch and crash however are not, and you will need to look at your mod list to find the culprit. I can safely say that it is not this mod.

@Aetyr when you load one of them, the other disappears, although the spell sneak attack damage multiplyer still remains, the perk tree disappears completely from the sneak tree and I got a glitch and crashed a little while after

So...this mod used to work..but now there are no sneak attacks :c...I get behind someone and just blast away but no little thingy telling me it did more damage T_T

@Roxies, I see no reason the two couldn't work together. Should work just fine. Try reversing load order and whatnot :D

This mod is not compatible with "Amor Disguises" which would be fucking AMAZING to have at the same time as this mod. Any way you can change that?

This left my save with a lot of AerSpellSneakMessageDisplay instances active. Otherwise worked OK.

@chef.david.landry, You have to have the "Nightblade" perk in the Stealth tree. If you are using a mod that changes the Stealth tree you can get it by reading "A fireball from the shadows" that is on Farengars desk in whiterun, the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary or in Helgen in the area where you first fight the Legion/Stormcloaks(depending on your choice)

I'm not getting any sneak attack damage from any of my spells, like i have the quiet casting enchantment and stuff but its always just normal damamge, is there something i forget to do?
