@axelanius See FAQ above. One can keep the look of their buildings as they upgrade by just pressing a button. If I had made them all L3, it's harder for these buildings to appear for people who grow buildings (instead of plopping them).

@aexlanius Yes, this is a high commercial L1 growable.

@snakesbrother Thanks! I'm hoping to make more if I can find the time! I am glad you like this asset. I actually am so used to the LUT I have downloaded ages ago the building looks really contrasty when I turned it off during tests (but so do everything else in my city). I reckon people are using different LUTs so it's hard to gauge what's best for a "standard" look. If you think it needs tweaking please let me know I'll see what I can do.
