I'm repacking the bsa with a different program to see if that helps the folks having issues

After you subscribe to this mod, you must wait for the .bsa to download and ensure that the .esp is checked on the load order.

@Bavarian Barbarian you could use the console player.addspell 0002431D and get this effect applied to your character - they may not quite match up to your head though

I forgot I had the mod on last night. When I was in a ruin, a drougr came around the corner and scared the crap outta me. I wasn't scared by a drougr since I first got the game, great mod!
