I was looking for DoF + the challenge of darkness, but this doesn't really work. It creates poor visibility in optimal lighting conditions. Unrealistically extreme contrast & visual adaptation makes it more difficult to play even during the middle of the day in the open.

why the hell would u make a mod that causes temporary to permanent blindness, thats messed up!
I'd rather use the realistic lighting overhaul because i believe it doesnt hurt ur eyes THAT much as this!
PLZ delete it, n one wants blindness for the rest of their lives

this was a great mod i got the darkness that i wanted but the patches between tourches need to have some light its imposable to see even with normal game brightness turned up. the lights from campfires pulse in a strange way and glow a really bright orange it hurts too look at.

I think that a lot of issues come from this mod changing contrast, such as night vision being absolutely usesless.

i really like the idea of this mod but it is way to bright during the days... i really like the dungeon affects and all that but the day is my only problem if you could fix that i will resub great mod just needs some tweaks here and there

To be honest, doesn't it get 'too bright' in real life? I remember plenty a day when I've gone outside on a warm, sunny morning, and was instantly driven back indoors or force to squint because HOT DAMN THAT LIGHT.
Also, I really like that it's super dark at night. I find it beautiful, and an extra little challenge (which I've come to need).

Dude this mod is awesome but its WAAAAYY to bright and dark i have to turn off the mod its impossible to see, sorry but until that changes i wont be using this too much
