what a shame! love the concept of this mod, but...yes the mod's dead! every gane i start always reverts me back to plain nord...no matter what i do it keeps revert to nord...shame

Seems like it's dead, but this is still a good mod to go try out. I do wonder why he hasn't finished it because it seems like he was really excited about it. This project would definetly change how people play skyrim if he ever finished it. But on a different note, maybe he lost all the data at some point. Look at all this data here! If that happened, that would probably be enough for him to abandon the project. Without him here to say for sure, I can't be certain, but regardless of the situation, bravo to you, sir. This mod already is amazing and I can't wait to try it out.

Oh one other thing, wtf is up with the barbers chair?? He doesn't cut my hair and nothing happens after I sit in it. The barber jus says something and then.....nothing. Then when I try to get out of the chair I can't. Dev, please fix these issues. Other that those things, the mod is awesome in every other way.

So I figured a way to get this to work if you are having the same issues as I was. If Ralof doesn't tell you "Come on, the gods won't give us another chance!" After Alduin attacks, then you had/have the same issue I had. All i did was install the mod "ChooseYourStart" this fixed it for me. The mod is from here on the workshop and doesn't have any special requirements to download it. The mod was created by danielarader. For me this mod didn't conflict with any of my 60 mods that I have.

So I have just installed this mod and was very excited, however when I got into the game I noticed a few problems right off the bat. First off, if I start a new character Ralf never motions me into the tower to continue to the keep. Which as you can imagine causes some problems. I can't do anything because my hands are bound is the main problem. So I decided that I would convert an older character. At first it appeared as though it was going to work, but then when I try to save my game it crashes. Also if I try to leave the area i was in, the game crashes. I only have 60 addons and most of them are just weapons and armor. I only have a couple that are for hairstyles and charscter face improvements. I can't figure out why this is happening, if anyone has any ideas or knows what the problem is, PLEASE help. Thanks.

It's still a work in progress at the moment, but the features in Future Plans that have been completed are marked with (DONE!) at the end, I'm not sure whether that means they'll be put in next update or if they've already been put in.

is this mod complete? if not is the stuff about in future plans all still left or have some been completed?

I keep getting stuck in the barber chair and its getting realy, realy annoying. Can you fix that?

It literally broke my game. Thankfully it was right at the beginning. Tried to set the beard setting, as I'm a female and default is set to 1. It wouldn't let me exit the book, so I closed the game and started from a save. It murdered me. Then I started from a save a little before. It still murdered me. I tried to turn it off and relized it is no longer in my files. And since it's reported dead, there'll be no help, so anyone looking to install, don't be the idiot I was and assume that because it has 5 stars, it isn't crap.My best hope is to restart and pray my software isn't corrupted.

This mod is dead, stop commenting about all the bugs it has.
