Had a couple of days off and I've mostly finished the thing. Just working on the textures.
It's going to have the same stats as the ingame advanced wind turbine, but obviously this one is actually based on a real turbine so it's a little bit larger....
I'm using a mod which gives power consumption (and others) by district.
It allows a kind of power balance.

That's a cool idea, wind is genarated by the game on water surface, it will works !
I had a try to place an offshore turbine using the Anarchy mod and it works pretty good if you elevate it upper water level.
I guess you will have to create some invisible power connection (as underwater cables).

Thanks for the nice feedback! I only wish the electricity simulation was more in depth in game, it would be fun to try and balance the generation systems with load & weather conditions as well as not having absurd electricity consumption.
I was a wind turbines technician, i have been on top of these machines !
Enercon's turbines are the Roll's Royce of wind turbines.
Your asset is the most realistic i have seen in the workshop.

I might make some smaller ones later but this isn't going to be one of them.
Stena britannica?
They're not based on one model in particular, but they're fairly realistically sized.
Electricity generation is weird in C:S though so they're balanced to work in the game.
