could you make this into an NPC with:
use the colour tool to change the colour of the details (blue bits)
body groups with different head shapes (and possibly colours)
skins for the main body (white grey or black)
and maybe some body groups with damage

for the NPC bit it could just wander around with its head turning every so often and beeping, or follow player

but, you know, just sugesting!
