Sorry, I deinstalled Skyrim some years ago. And I was using this mod when I was playing Skyrim and had no problem at all with my game :)

do you think you could make these clothes for the regular vanilla npc's? My computer fails to connect to nexus mods and i cant get the required mods for your armours.

well it always works for me infact if were i am aiming the shout isn't suitable for him to appear he will apear in the closest suitable area for me

Yes, Pbar, and that completely unlocked shout didn't work for me most of the times, so I made this mod XD

ummm to summon him you need to unlock the full summon shout and then he teaches you soul tear

Magushylia, if you are talking about using the conjuration spell from this mod, then make sure that the cursor is not red but whit. The cursor turns into red when you cannot casta conjuration spell, if that is the problem, move the mouse to the ground and closer to you until it turns into white and then cast the spell.

i was having a problem summoning him when i first started, but now i get him every time, i just make sure i am in combat and enamies are around and use it and it works every time for me. if i am not in combat it doesn't work still

Depressed, thanks for the help. Believe me, I've tried it in the fields around Whiterun (the flatest place in Skyrim I can think of ;))

I have had your problem in a way
1 it might have been some glitch with your character
2 u need about i would say 100 yards in skyrim terms to summon him via shout ( go to the feilds outside of whiterun to the to the side with the wach tower but closer to the meadery) and yes i read your discription and i see it as u haven't tryed EVERY thing u could have

1 gone to a vinalla spot and disabled dawnguard and re did it.

2 started a new charecter.

3 (this is a last resort not recomended) Rinstall skyrim completely.

if none of those work then you need this mod or you have a copy of skyrim/Dawnguard that wants to make life like HELL for u.
