If you're talking about waterfalls and ponds and such, they're under Movable Statics. They're basically like different fx where you place them in the world and hit the Animation FX Preview button to see how they look. But again, you'll find most of them under Movable Statics in the object window.

professional grade mod. im pretty new to this so if anyone can help me out; how can you put water (besides static object) in a cell?

The enemies in this mod are super hard for low levels lol i got my butt kicked by an Overlord
