all these ppl are clueless. its about the wood bow, and hunting bow. these are not craftable. this mod puts in the game what should have been there from the start. great mod. Thank YOU

you can already crdaft the imperial bow with the dawnguard dlc and those other two bows arent new those are vanilla bows i dont what you claim you added but these weapons arent anything new

Yeah, you can craft bows like glass, but not wooden bows.

Can't you already craft bows? I can o.O I made a glass bow :p so I don't see the point of this mod but maybe cause I got dawnguard.

Thanks. I will change the recipe. I think maybe I will still do the perk "but" it will not have all the bows in each one. I like the idea of putting it all in one mod. I would have to redo one of them (to put it in the same mod file). If you go the the collection page you can hit the subscribe alll button to get all of the mods.

Hm. I see, but the all bow perk would be a slight overpower, unless someone needed a REALLY high skill to have it. I honestly think that the recipe idea would be better, but also if this is a hunter's life collection, why not put them all in one mod? That saves someone subscribing to alot.

I see your points. But this is made so you do not need a perk to craft bows. Maybe if I could figure out how,I could make a perk witch lets you craft all the bows with just one perk. Because it does not make much since considering that it unless you want to be able to craft all the armor from the smithing skill then wasting six perks just for te bows is not really a good use of perks. If none of you like the idea of adding craftable bows "without" a perk for each one then I could just make the crafting recipe better (like making it where you have to have some string/cotton. For Dadric bows I could make it leather strips for the string).


Shadrick, this mod (at least the bows that are in the mod now) are made to go along with the Hunters Life collection. So if you are a hunter then you do not need a really high power bow.

A bow comes with each perk, yet the lower level ones I don't know if you can craft. E.G Dwarven Smithing: Dwarven Bow, Glass Smithing: Glass Bow, Ebony Smithing, Ebony Bow. Having looked at a recently added screenshots, I see it adds the wooden ones.

I think the misunderstanding is because of your description. It reads as though you can't already craft bows of ANY kind. You didn't specify that you were referring to bows sold in the shops. I'm assuming you are also referring to the ones with enchantments? The bows you list as being in the mod are the only "normal" bows in Skyrim that are not already craftable.

What perk are you talking about? There is no perk witch lets you craft all the bows in the game (that you can buy in a shop).

...Kinda pointless, considering you can craft bows anyway with the right smithing skill. Use console commands to spam up to 100 if you are lazy, then check the different smithing sections from the perks.
