That makes sense. So I got the pool of the library because I get Book of Shadows.

@apikalegusta NO! should be working exactly as normal. Once an item pool's supply of passive items start to get depleted, active items can appear again. It's usually more apparent when you pick up Chaos.

I've tried my best fixing the first two things. If all else fails, it should all work perfectly if you play the challenge in one sitting. Items spawning at the start boss rooms is intended.

All the bugs I found:
- Enter a finished room will spawn an item or a trinket.
- Any item could be rerolled any time when you enter a room (don't know why).
- Boss room could spawn an item when you enter them (appart from the one that spawns when killing the boss).

The game keeps spawning items and trinkets, but now in rooms that you have visited (even if emptied). Also, It appear to be rerolling them every time you enter a room.

That is fixed, thanks. But I forgot to say (sorry) that the bug also spawn extra trinkets, wich keep happening in a room with an item.

Another bug: if you continue to exit and enter a room that has a iteam, the item will reroll and spawn another item
