I don't have that waters mod and he just won't sing! No dialogue option, nothing. He just sits there, he'll be my follower, but that's it. He won't even follow me, either.

i did the "he wont speak!
this should be fixed but try getting some skooma in your inventory 4 bottles to be safe and it should work " doesnt work

What i did was I had a bottle of Skomma, And I clicked Sing!" on the dialogue and then he sang, but idk if its the Skooma that made him sing or what but, I got it too work, I LOVE THIS MOD!~~~

Well... he wont talk.... and the camera locks on him... I have to unsheath my weapon to get it unlocked.... there are some major problems somewhere

ALL MER HAVE THE SAME 1000 YEAR BIOLOGICAL LIFESPAN. The only reason Bosmer and Dunmer have much lower life expectancy is because they get killed. A lot. I suppose living with Volcanoes, bestial vampires, diseased mutants, and the Thalmor will do that to you.

Altmer can live about a thousand years, Dunmer is probably 400-600 years. But oblivion was only 200 years before skyrim.

Also To fix his face is high light his File on the Creation kit and Press Ctrl+F4. That would match his Head colour with his Body.

@TelvanniFrostmane I havent played Morrowind so your probably right about that.
But the conquering of Tamriel by Tiber Septim began the 3E. Which lasted approximately 434
years ( the last few years depending on how long you avoid doing the main questline in Oblivion) so technically Barenziah would still be within the 500 yeat lifespan.

I can make him follow me, and I have the option to make him sing, but all he does is dance, and how do i make him follow me because he doesnt follow me but i click on the dialogue option for him to follow me

The dialogue options seem to conflict with the Ultimate Follower Overhall Mod (UFO). The 'Sing' option does not appear with this other mod being active. When UFO is disabled I can tell him to 'Sing!' but he only dances and the subtitles show up.

I will be patient and look for you progress some time again, would love to have more songs in the game :)

Who says Dunmer live only 500 years? Barenziah was married to tiber septim and still alive near the end of 3E, in the Morrowind-expansion Tribunal. And Divayth Fyr from Morrowind ws about 4K years old.
