I was really surprised to see a bunch of my tweaks actually got into the game

you should make brother bobby scale with fire rate
and make sister maggy scale with damage. or vice-versa

About the tear rate idea: It would sorta be the same as what Mongo baby does (he copies the fire rate of other babies), and I wanted to do something more original...

Here's a better idea for Brother Bobby: give him Isaac's current tear rate.
