I don't really plan a major update, just a half-rework on Secularism. But it can actually be major as most countries are Secular.

No. well yes, but I tried with and without mods to check if some mods were responsible of this glitch.

But it didn't change a thing, actually. With only your mod enabled, the glitch was still present.
i did afterwards tried to enable other mods that alter the nation designer points (like unlimited points) but the glitch was still there.

I also precise I tried with a new game as well.
