Unlikely, but not impossible!
But yes, a mod conflict does seem to be the most likely culprit.

I just wanted to double check I wasn't typing in the wrong name like an idiot (especially since the Sallet works - and looks glorious!)

@rslee93
Yes and no offence - as I do hate stating the obvious - but it sounds like it either hasn't installed properly or you're running another mod that is somehow conflicting with it.... Either that or myself and the other 3,000+ people who have it running perfectly fine and even cheated the items into the game following the advice given in this thread are all part of some kind of crazy conspiracy against you, which would be extremely unlikely. :)

Try Unsubbing and Resubbing to it again and see if that fixes it, typing help in the console then the item names should bounce back the desired results of all the items in-game that have that name included in it (typing "help armet 0" or "help hounskull 0" should result in it showing you BARSteelHounskullAA or BARSteelArmetAA for example). If you don't see them or the option doesn't come up to craft them in the menu even after you've obtained the Advanced Armours perk then something has gone wrong and it isn't on the mod's side, sorry.

Ok, maybe I'm blind but I can't find the helmets in the crafting menu (with advanced armours). FurthermoIre, I've typed "help armet" and "help hounskull" into the console and returned 0 results. Are the helmets definitely called armet and hounskull in the game?
trenchcoat14 8. mar. 2019 kl. 19:10
good idea
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 8. mar. 2019 kl. 15:29
Unfortunately not as I don't have Skyrim Special Edition nor the modding tools that come with it. You could try contacting the mod author yourself and ask him politely if he'll also upload it onto steam?
trenchcoat14 8. mar. 2019 kl. 14:25
could you upload them? (and give credit where its due of course)
because im sure im not the only one who didnt know that they exist
trenchcoat14 8. mar. 2019 kl. 14:24
but yeah its flawless
trenchcoat14 8. mar. 2019 kl. 14:23
the nexus mods dont download on my windows 10, it gets converted into something i cant use (like a notepad)
but the steam mods are flawless
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 8. mar. 2019 kl. 12:54
Have you tried looking at this one from the Crusader Knight's SSE - Medieval Armors mod? I found it just by typing Crusader Helms in Google search... Go figure huh?
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20624
trenchcoat14 7. mar. 2019 kl. 21:15
are you able to make more just classic knight helms? ive gone through all the helms on here and theres only this one and a dark souls armour kit.
im surprised that there arent any simple great helms (crusader) and anything
i mean theres so much variety out there in history but everyone likes to mod spikes and flames on everything
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 4. mar. 2019 kl. 10:09
Unfortunately I don't have SSE, but I did give someone permission to port it and include it with a modpack they were making... Sadly I can't remember their name, but I'm sure it's out there somewhere; it might be on Nexus rather than steam though, so good luck looking for it!
The0demon0 3. mar. 2019 kl. 20:58
Could you please add this to SSE, for pc and XBOX one? That hounskull style helmet is not on there anywhere and I have searched extensively. I would love you long time.
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 23. feb. 2019 kl. 13:33
Well now, you could have felt ridiculed which would have been even worse, but since over a year has passed since your first comment I think it's safe to say that no one (apart from myself) has really noticed your typo..... P.S. If you really want to see an updated version of these helmets (including the ones with plumes 'etc') just wait until after Mount & Blade: Bannerlord has been released. :)

Enjoy!!
Crystal Clod 23. feb. 2019 kl. 13:04
i feel rarated
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 5. feb. 2019 kl. 10:12
*Sigh*... I know, I was being sarcastic! ;)
ZeroAlpha-2487 4. feb. 2019 kl. 19:21
I think he meant Plume
Crystal Clod 5. feb. 2018 kl. 18:07
i meant a tail plum on helmet as a decorative feather
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 28. jan. 2018 kl. 7:04
A plum? Why not an Apple or an Orange instead? Although sticking any kind of fruit on a medieval helmet might be a bad idea, as they would eventually start to decay and the juice that runs off it could tarnish the steel... A 'Plume' of feathers might be more appropriate, however?

Seriously though, I've already released helmets with those for M&B Warband and Medieval 2 Total War, and since I don't really mod for older games like Skyrim anymore, it's not likely that I'll be adding anything more to this.
Crystal Clod 28. jan. 2018 kl. 6:03
add the plum
wormprophet 14. sep. 2017 kl. 23:40

Using the names given in the description above try typing in "help hounskull 0" and "help armet 0" in the console to find the item id's. That should help you cheat them into the game using the console if you don't want to build them at a forge.
PoetryinMotion2 30. aug. 2017 kl. 16:29
Could you give me the name, atleast?
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 23. aug. 2017 kl. 10:37
The spawn ID's are unique for each player.... Here, let me google it for you...

PoetryinMotion2 23. aug. 2017 kl. 9:58
How do I spawn this in? I need the code.
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 5. juli 2017 kl. 19:40
Hounskull Bascinets appeared in the late 14th century and were used up until as late as 1430-1440 (Early-to-mid 15th Century) before they were more or less replaced by the more newer helmets such as Sallets, Armets and Barbutes. The example used in this mod is based on one that was dated circa 1420-1430.

Your one line post was just a poor attempt at trolling and added nothing of value to this message board. Comment deleted... Have a nice day! :)

i know i read descriptions it want showing up in the crafting menu, but after a couple restarts to skirim i found em
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 12. okt. 2015 kl. 14:16
As per the description above - you need to craft them, you can't buy them at a vendor in this version.
BRUTALLIC PHALLIC вlϊтz 11. okt. 2015 kl. 15:47

Hi Darevit. Sure, you can find them here:
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22602/?
Darevit 10. juli 2015 kl. 17:22
Baraban im huge fan of your work. You host your work in Nexus to? Can you provide the link? My thanks.
Captain Robertson  [ophavsmand] 27. juni 2015 kl. 12:17
Yep, I released them for both games... First for Warband, which you can find here - http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=3531 - then I ported some of the Helms to Skyrim, but added a lot more detail to both the meshes and textures.... Sadly I'm not really supporting these any more and barely check the comments here as I've moved onto other games nowadays.
Tethra 27. juni 2015 kl. 10:54
Those are from mount and blade aren't they?
Snake 22. juni 2015 kl. 15:53
They look great!
