Hey Oberon, this mod was way before the economic/pop overhaul where pops were on tiles instead of the current pop system we have, so obviously it won't work. I stopped playing Stellaris quite a while ago, so I have no interests in updating the mod. Apologies about that.

@Alright Does the mod still work in 2021?
Because i know that's some mods like the 'Tiny' pack still work, what ever the version of the game.

I'll gladly update it to trigger assimilation per month instead of year, which is massively easy as changing one single file. With pop reworks though, I may have to lower pops' assimilation, since currently it's a 33% chance for either 3, 6, or 12 pops to be assimilated per year tick. So instead I could have it be a 33% chance for 1, 2, or 3 pops per month, which may make more sense and seems more balanced. Feel free to leave your thoughts.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, as the mod isn't updated for 2.0 yet, due to the mod overwriting one of the vanilla files. If there is some demand I can update it to 2.0.

so this mod messed with some text in 2.0 the corporate dominion civic some of the ethics and some options in the map settings show up as file names or something like that. seems to be anything that was changed with 2.0 no idea if it effects the game more then glitchy text or not but figured i should post this here.

awsome as id like to think the machine one would be like the Borg one it takeing years to do killed me wanting to play as it :)

This should work for any kind of assimilation (hive minds, driven assimilators, synthetic ascended empires), so I'd assume so.

Will this work for the machince assimlate trait as well?

It should work in saved games, have already tested for that.
