i'll keep that in mind :3
have you enabled the mod?
in the skyrim launcher, go into data files and tick the little box infront of this mod, press OK and try to head to the fortress on the map, in the images above.
It does not replace Fort Dawnguard Castle. Instead it adds a player home/castle/fort in-game that looks like Fort Dawnguard in all its likeness, but has vampires instead.
Something to match "War and Peace" ?
you're just raging, explain more, so that it might be fixed.
just thank you.
but you are a vampire right?
oh yeah the radiant quest system could do that, hmmm... :/
(some time later..)
okay i've removed the 2 giants from the radiant quest system now,
altho i won't guarantee that this will do anything to your current situation, but it'll prevent it from happening again.
you could become lord of the fortress and then enter it, as this enables the spawning of the outside giants.
but to get the fort you'll need to be a vampire.
i'll see if i can update the mod in the next couple of days, as i'm still messing around with some new stuff.
Second: if you have any world altering mods, they might cause it or a incorrect load order.. google for more info on load orders.
first: giant? it's in the second quest, i can't see how you would get the second quest if you didn't even get the first quest. O.O??
so either you used a cheat to get in, or you have a incorrect load order that might cause the problem, or just simply too many mods?
I am aware of that and no it's certainly not intended, it has been fixed in version 1.1 but i'm having some other bugs i also have to attend to, i'm hoping to release version 1.1 later today.
even if it's not optimal, the console is always an option, just use modav. and not setav or forceav or anyother, as they will set you stats, when using modav, it modifies you current stats. google for more info, if you'd like... :/
no there isen't and i won't implement that, since i made this fort for my new charracter and a new playthrough, so yeah, won't be seeing such a feature in any of my player home mods..
@Albert
It's in the description.
so i assume that the quest didn't start when you approached the main gate?
or haven't you checked your quest log for it?
It's more because i wouldn't want to spend my own space time to mod something and then share the credit with someone who may or may not have a generic idea, like i do all the work and the other guy doesn't do anything. (you have to remember that i don't get paid for this, i just do it for fun)
The vainguard don't really care after you get the fort, but if you haven't gotten the fort then you need to be a vampire, afterwards, there ain't anything checking if you still are a vampire.
(the script looks for the "vampire" keyword, not anything else.)
I've included a dagger (you get it by progressing in the "The Blood Mage" journal Quest) which lets you harvest hearts from humans and then you can use the blood shrine (it's in the underground area) to make blood potions with those hearts, meaing that every human kill gives you a blood potion. I personally hate that even with the seduction power, i never felt like i could get blood easily, even if there were people all around me, i also have made a spell that those the same as the seduction power, but since it's a spell you can use it as much as you want, aslong as you've got the magicka for it.
@Fox
i don't think you understand what i meant, but i'll give him a message anyways...
yeah sorry, i don't know how to send people messages.
Now you say "without anyone attempting to steal my idea" so if i did make whatever your request might be, then you would want credit for "your" idea, even if i did all the work.
Not trying to sound rude, but i don't like the sound of it.
