I can't do retextures and stuff, sorry.
Morgaledh 29. jan. 2015 kl. 14:13
HI Amura, since you're still on this mod, how about more colors? A light gray and an ivory/white would be great. Still a great mod, I load it for all my games. Can't play without it.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 28. jan. 2015 kl. 15:16
Thank you! I really appreciate it.
Morgaledh 18. jan. 2015 kl. 8:27
Still an essential mod after all these years.
saunders.bryan 31. aug. 2014 kl. 12:57
you can only buy them there?
BullBars1 4. aug. 2014 kl. 22:27
Thanks for the great looking hoods that also fit very well.
Is there any chance these will be able to be made at the forge? If not could you stock more than one of each type of hood? 2 or 3 please. I have different characters that use different armor in different colors but I like my teams to match.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 21. jan. 2014 kl. 13:20
Sorry, but no. I have no experience actually creating meshes and textures.
Soulblighter 19. jan. 2014 kl. 1:29
excellent mod - any chance of a white/ivory set in the future ?
Amura  [ophavsmand] 15. juni 2013 kl. 13:35
Thanks!

Sweet! I've always wanted to have a viable hood in Skyrim, seeing as it would be really cold there, canon-wise. Nice job!
9./JG52 Reinhart 24. okt. 2012 kl. 12:32
Thank you so damn much for making a unenchanted hood mod. I have literally been looking for a mod like this since I first started playing on PC. I would donate if I had money. d^_^b
Nomad 20. aug. 2012 kl. 16:17
@Amura can you change the picture then to like the Novice Hood you get in the beginning of the game when you open the Torturer's Cage with the corpse in it? So we can atleast see it as a hood? :3 great mod by the way.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 18. aug. 2012 kl. 0:48
Nope!
Mistythread 17. aug. 2012 kl. 12:03
any conflicts with dawngaurd?
blaeze 15. aug. 2012 kl. 1:40
These hoods look great and my scout-thief and her ranger follower now look the part with the hoods. The over-the-shoulder drape looks a lot like a cloak and also looks good.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 8. aug. 2012 kl. 18:36
Yep.
SweetandSour 5. aug. 2012 kl. 10:10
So....are they wearable with circlets?
Amura  [ophavsmand] 22. juli 2012 kl. 12:30
They say "Light/Heavy [color] hood" ingame.
El Fonz0 22. juli 2012 kl. 7:58
Are they named, like "Monk Hood" and "Black Hood" and "Blue Mage Hood" and stuff?

Oh, and THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been looking for a mod like this forever!

Can you wear these with circlets?
Amura  [ophavsmand] 10. maj 2012 kl. 20:38
That is.. really weird. I have no idea what could be causing that. Perhaps try amputating?
Auto! 8. maj 2012 kl. 11:06
I love these hoods, but my female Breton's arms always clip through the scarf no matter what armour I wear. Does this happen to every race? These hoods look so cool, I really want to use one but my right arm doesn't!
TheWiseTumor 27. apr. 2012 kl. 6:09
I love this mod, very well done.
tdpryor 14. mar. 2012 kl. 12:10
you should replace the shrouded cowl with this thats what im using it for right nowand i look godly
Punani Tsunami 7. mar. 2012 kl. 21:54
ever think about releasing a version of this except with just the hood part?
Amura  [ophavsmand] 20. feb. 2012 kl. 22:28
Uhh... That sounds like a skyrim bug, I can't really fix that, lol. Try giving the hoods to yourself by entering "help hood 4" in the console and entering "player.additem x" where x is the the ID of the hood you want.
Frogpodder 20. feb. 2012 kl. 9:51
I bought them in solitude, to see wich colour i liked most, and then reloaded the game because i didn't want too waist so much money, but when i tried to buy them, they weren't in that shopping-list-thing.. Sooo, now i don't have those awesome hoods :( can you fix that?
Amura  [ophavsmand] 19. feb. 2012 kl. 15:12
Thanks, glad you're happy! :D
Stormchaser 19. feb. 2012 kl. 2:04
Perfect, fixed. Shoots my armour rating back over the cap and looks waaay better than a helmet. I was distinctly disappointed when the Thieves' Guild and Dark Brotherhood 'hoods' were so small. A real hood is big like this. Fantastic mod.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 18. feb. 2012 kl. 20:13
Alright, I believe I fixed the issue. Let me know if it works for you, it does for me.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 18. feb. 2012 kl. 16:54
Oh, that's interesting, I'll need to look into that.
Stormchaser 18. feb. 2012 kl. 13:24
No, that's exactly what I mean. I can wear all light armour, using a hood instead of a helm, and I don't get the bonus for wearing all light armour.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 18. feb. 2012 kl. 13:02
What I meant by set bonus, is that you get the bonus from the perk of wearing either all light armor or all heavy armor. Sorry for the confusion. The aforementioned equivalents is in the armor rating, nothing else. I didn't mean they were a part of the respective sets.
Stormchaser 18. feb. 2012 kl. 3:09
To clarify what I meant there, because I don't think I was very clear. The Custom Fit perk isn't working with any light armour I've tried with the hood, although I tried it with Elven and Matching Set to see if it made a difference - it didn't.

Nevertheless great mod, frankly if I can hit the armour cap through the rest of my armour being awesome it doesn't matter whether I'm getting the bonus for wearing all light armour. I'm just not sure if that's possible without it.

Plus you know, looking cool trumps maxing out armour, as long as I'm not dying.
Stormchaser 18. feb. 2012 kl. 2:46
I really like the idea here, hoods are just cool, but the full set bonus isn't working for me. You said it was equivalent to Elven so I also tried it wearing just Elven armour for a matching set and it still doesn't work.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 17. feb. 2012 kl. 20:58
Just made them temper-able.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 17. feb. 2012 kl. 19:53
I just did, schwinkeliger. :D

I'm about to make them enhanceable.
shvonkle 17. feb. 2012 kl. 19:01
looked for this soooooooooooooooooooo long *-* thank you! but can you make them have stats too? :D
RayJRabbit 17. feb. 2012 kl. 11:00
Make the craftable, please. And able to be improved
Amura  [ophavsmand] 17. feb. 2012 kl. 0:16
I'm sorry, ~ZIΣRiC~, I can't really do that. The hood and scarf is one solid model, I would need to entirely edit the texture to remove the hood.
Tribunal 16. feb. 2012 kl. 20:18
I like it, however could you make a vatiation as well? Imo drop the hood itself and keep the scarf area, I think that would fit nicely for a lot of characters, would be great if you did this.
Zephrusprime 15. feb. 2012 kl. 10:39
ahh got it
Amura  [ophavsmand] 15. feb. 2012 kl. 0:54
The light and heavy armor variants are so you can get full set bonuses.
Zephrusprime 14. feb. 2012 kl. 21:33
oh i also bought one of the H robes but it has no armor value.
Zephrusprime 14. feb. 2012 kl. 21:32
where in the CK is the hoods only with scaf? ive been looking and i cant even find the diff color robes.
Amura  [ophavsmand] 14. feb. 2012 kl. 18:11
I kind of counted on people enchanting it and changing the name. I did it mostly so it would categorize it in the shop for easier buying.
Sreosa 14. feb. 2012 kl. 4:30
tried this with a few different armors and it looks awesome. one problem though, it would be a little less immersion-breaking if u changed the prefix on the light and heavy hoods to simply... 'light' and 'heavy'? thanks again for this
Amura  [ophavsmand] 13. feb. 2012 kl. 19:27
If you think about it, all hats and helmets are just a hair style. :P
Amura  [ophavsmand] 13. feb. 2012 kl. 16:51
What Sifters said.
Terry Davis 13. feb. 2012 kl. 14:46
Yes. The hair is only removed while you're wearing the hood, exactly like every other hat/helmet/hood in the game. That way you won't get clipping issues.
Kokopure 13. feb. 2012 kl. 9:02
Uh, they remove your hair... do they give it back afterwards O_o?
