Fixed Red players Victory Point card. The back side was not linked to the proper image.

Version 1.5

-Added Scripting to the Control Panel to give a readout of your current power settings.
*MrStump wrote most the code.
-Added the extra Energy Counters on the Tech Tree to be used on the Control Panel when unlocked.
-Added the Layout Deck to give a sneak peak on what's to come for that. Scripting is in development.
-Repositioned some things.
