- added Argonian tattoos
They are a little bit different; they had to be because they are Argonians. I did some funky things with the normal maps so how they look depends a lot on the lighting and the angle of the lighting. You will love them or you will hate them, or maybe both. Time will tell. :)

- all tattoos now playable from beginning of game

- added spell washer that will remove enchantments from tattoos for those who only want the tattoos. The spell washer is the wash basin to the left side of the fireplace in the Hall of the Yakuza

- added description of enchantments to character creation menu

- you can now sleep or wait in the Hall of the Yakuza

- added some new FX to the activators when adding or removing tattoos

Fixed issue with Thief tattoo giving god-like health regeneration.
