RKC - RKE done but RKC outstanding, not fixed.

KC - not packaged yet.

WBI - Hammurabi, WB2 need repackaging.

European Explorers have been replaced in this mod. They look less highborn, which is fitting what we have envisioned for Rise of the Moderns, Project 1400.

- Interestingly explorer.bh3 cannot be combined with scholar animations. Nor will it work with animations for merchants. It is something to consider.
