- MAJOR Update: You will now need to enable Unlimited Shouts via a new spell I have created.
- When cast, the new spell, called 'Unlimited Shouts, removes the waiting time between shouts. Spell lasts for 100 in-game days after which it must be cast again. (see description for more details)
