Fixed a bug where Mr. Poopy would follow familiars that did not follow Isaac directly (i.e. Bumbo, Spider Mod, Hushy, etc.)

Updated with:
- Increased shadow size
- Brown tears!
- A chance for Rainbow Poops
- Mr. Poopy now follows the rest of the familiars in the line correctly
- Spawned Dips and Squirts persist through rooms correctly
- Farting sound effect!
