Don't force unhandled tears to ignore rotation (Pop!)
If a tear should not become incorporeal (Marked, Ludovico) always apply its Homing and Bounces
Reimplemented Rubber Cement
Rubber tears no longer bounce off walls and can bounce between enemies, but can't hit the same enemy twice in a row
Mei has been rebalanced
Speed has gone down from -0.10 to x0.8 + 0.10
Shot Speed has gone down from +0.15 to x0.8 + 0.30
Damage has gone down from x0.6 + 0.40 to 0.4x + 0.30
Minimum distance for synergy tears was reduced from 99% to 90%
Disabled expiration synergy tear generation (No longer necessary since tears expire naturally)
Reimplemented Technology Zero with Mei (Technology 2 is already like Technology Zero on Mei)
Static charges build on Mei as she moves (applied per tear) and deals damage
Short range zaps are discharged towards a random nearby enemy or any in any direction if there are no enemies nearby
Psychic Orbitals no longer reset their Fire Delay without performing an action (Fixes Dr. Fetus and similar synergies)

Set the custom entities to variant 1707 to avoid overwriting NULL's. This may change in the future.

Fixed Nicalis' broken Ludovico tear flag. Fix your stupid game you idiots. Completely unfit to have made a modding API if you can't even keep your stupid enums accurate. Just stop trying.

Fixed an issue Nicalis introduced with Booster Pack 2 where Ludovico tears would be Technology Zero tears instead

Attempted to fix the TNT crash on Linux
Fixed an issue where spawn tear synergy and ghost pepper shots were spawning with 10x more velocity than expected
Reverted behaviour of Mei's shots to not passing room boundaries unless Continuum or Rubber Cement are held
