added a new leprosy costume for when Isaac is holding the item
Bug fixes:
fixed a bug where you would have stat changes at thart of a new run after playing a run with leprosy item
fixed a bug where your first fired limb tear wouldn't affect your speed stat

Completely fixed the issue of tears sometimes disappearing
bound the limb tears to the players luck stat (1 in 25 at 0 luck)

Changed the leprosy tear sprite and animation. Will probably be changed several times in the future.
Partially(!) fixed the issue of tears disappearing.
