- Temporarily remove the item from challenge (mobtrap/bosstrap), bossrush, and greed-mode pools until I get wave-based room behavior working

- Updated ingame sprite (thanks /u/robtheimpure)
- Significantly lowered pickup reward drops and added weights to each pickup type/subtype. These probably still need some tweaking.
