Incorporated and updated Economy & Technology Mapmodes. Fixed errors in coding and localisation files. Added language files (in english only) for other languages. Added 3 new map modes. Replaced some icons. Reorganized map modes and grouped them based on similarity/functionality. Assigned keyboard shortcuts to mapmodes.

Incorporated and updated Plentiful Mapmodes and A Fine Selection of Quality Mapmodes. Made further adjustments to the map modes of the initial AMM mod. Standarized color range across most of the map modes.

Based on feedback, I've broken up the 50-75 and 75-100 brackets for planet count in tens (50,60,etc...). I've also made some changes to the localisation files.
