Added ring size adjustments from Stadium Skin.

Game modes with more than 3 lanes such as Double Vision will display appropriately sized rings.

Added useful comments to the code.

Multiplier powerups in Puzzle modes are now colored like white blocks. Meshes for the Multiplier powerups are povided by the Stadium skin.

Removed a pesky 1px stroke on the Workshop Image.

Removed Krita autosave in Sources folder
