Quick update removing almost all game modes for testing reasons.

1) Fixed fog to cease excessive bloom
2) Removed dead end from the house with the attic -> new window guarantees exit
3) Removed dead end near 2nd German spawn (Offensive)
4) Added stairs near 2nd German spawn to guarantee a more quickly exit

5) Church: destruction model has been expanded (balance reasons)
6) Church: player clips have been added to make entry easier/without trouble now

Hot fix: Factions work properly now. Axis as defenders and Brits as attackers in Offensive.
Symbols on the minimap work in both modes and the loadout is set correctly.

I won't be able to fix anything for today anymore so this is the final submission for the playtest on Nov 6.
