- Fixed issue where Spain/Castille changed to a Duchy after event chain ended.
- Spain/Castille will now keep the France Compte if Charles dies/abdicates

Fixed an issue with the on_actions file where a number of vanilla events were not firing, due to their on_actions triggers being overwritten by the mod. Unfortunately, this makes the mod incompatible with any other that uses the on_monarch_death, on_heir_death, and on_new_monarch triggers.

Changed the effects of deciding not to abdicate. The option now has the following effects:
- Castille/Spain: +3.00 unrest until the death of Charles V
- Austria: +60% Liberty Desire until the death of Charles V
- Castille/Spain: -2 Stability
