Makes the composter burnable like most camp items however instantly dissappears upon burning.

Fixed a small bug where manure would not produce from decayed food in the composter and nothing else would spawn in (basically you got nothing if manure was selected, the food would just dissappear).

Finished config settings, thus you now have the ability to choose what the food in the composter decays into: Guano, Manure, Rot
