Added new planet class 'Home World" on which each AI empire is spawned. The AI empires retain their initial planetary colonisation trait. This allowed me to delete a start up event, which was conflicting with some other mods, such as Malthus' More Home Systems' mod.

The original Milky Way map is renamed as Milky Way Version 1.

Added a new map called Milky Way Version 2. Incorporates additional randomisation, and modified to resemble Robert Hurt's thumbnail pic more closely.
