Icons for robot traits now ingame.

Swarm doesn't have an icon yet because, well, the trait may not stay long. Or change a lot. Or .. well, an icon will be created, but not yet.

Swarm description overhauled to try to explain the inconvenients of the trait, since the UI prevents the user to see everything.

Mob Mentality lost the Navy Cap increase, because we noticed that was a "free" fleet in early game. Sorry to remove it but it's necessary. ^^

Updated traits :

Hateful, Violent, Aggressive, Extremely Aggressive, Competitive, Belligerent and Sociable traits now gives opinion modifiers towards leaders with these traits. So like Repugnant and Charismatic, but the paradox code doesn't work. Thanks to Dracarys47 for giving us a solution.

Zealous Defenders : Now gives Army Defense Health +150% and +100% Army Defense Morale.
Delicate : Now gives Army Defense Damage -0.25% instead of garrison health and pop fortification.
Weak Willed : garrison_health replaced by army_defense_health_mult. We're not sure it effects only planetary armies. Does it effects assault armies left to defend a planet ? If it does, please warn us, we'll have to correct things IMMEDIATELY.

Divided/United : Now gives/costs 2 points, reduces/increases Unity Output by 25%. Depending on unity usage in Cherryh (is 10% good, should 15% be better balanced, is 25% excessive ?), we may repurpose or disable these traits in the future.

Fast Analyser : science_ship_survey_speed increased from 15% to 25%

Elusive : Ship Evasion reduced from 10% to 8%. Now gives +5% chance to disengage.

Mob Mentality : Military ship construction speed increased by 15%. No longer gives +10% fleet limit, instead increased country_naval_cap by 20 and country_command_limit by 5. We suspect the country_naval_cap may be too high, so don't be surprised if we correct numbers in the coming days.

Planetary Gardeners : Cost reduction for terraforming and blocker cleaning increased from 10% to 15% : Speed boost for terraforming and blocker cleaning increased from 10% to 25%.
