- Fixed 'steady-amber' traffic signals in Boise (ID) and other areas possibly affected.
- The steady-amber state in a traffic signal was designed to be reported by users like you. Please keep them coming!
- Changed engine power for Freightliner Cascadia (sleeper variant) in traffic to 505 hp (377 kW).

- Adjusted Potatoes cargo (DLC Idaho exclusive) to not spawn in refrigerated trailers.
- NOTE: Traffic signal timings in Colorado are still WIP. Always drive on with caution when driving through ANY controlled intersection.

- Added EDXP treatment to the new Western Star 49X.
- Fixed spawning issue with Truck Transporter trailers in traffic.
- Also added the new Western Star 49X trailers in traffic (DLC Western Star 49X exclusive).
- There is now a 10% chance that a semi-truck will spawn without a trailer.
- "Pink Ribbon" 45-foot trailers in traffic will appear more often for October's Breast Cancer Awareness month.
- Added Red, Gray, and Blue paint jobs into random paint job selection for SCS Box (includes Dry Van, Insulated, and Reefer) trailers in traffic.
- Increased Insulated trailers in traffic by factor of 5.

- NOTE: This will be the last mod update for ATS 1.38, unless there are significant bugs, before I move onto updating EDXP-EU for ETS2 from 1.37 to 1.38 .
- More traffic signal timing improvements. Probably the best I can do for now.

- More improvements to traffic signal timings in some intersections.
- Cargo and trailer combinations reworked.
- Inspired by LAFAYET47's Ownable Cargo Market Rework.
- Cargo not requiring a cold-temperature climate will no longer use refrigerated trailers.
- Some exposed cargo transported by Flatbed trailers can now be transported via Sliding Tarp trailers.
