- After double-checking my sounds, I happen to use rain sounds for the Snow version (nobody told me about it). Fixed!

- All AI cars and trucks now have appropriate engine sounds according to the brand and engine specifications. For example, if you see a Tesla driving past you, you will hear a hint of electricity powering it.
- Added tire noises to all AI vehicles.
- Fixed minor error in manifest
- Fixed formatting in traffic trailer files
