Reload Interruptions update

- fixed RPG7 and AT4 hitting brush trigger_ entities
- updated RPG7 welements
- melee attack now interrupts weapon reload
- updated fire rates of bolt-action rifles
- updated DOI LMG mag capacities
- removed broken bazooka smokescreen
- updated M1 Carbine rof to 600rpm
- updated SKS rof to 600rpm
- fixed few init lua errors in MP
- fixed melee attack anims in MP
- rewriten GL reload logic
- fixed unloading GL creating extra 40MM ammo

- removed cw_kk_dev_menu cvar - all stable tools are visible by default
- added missing welements to WS pack sweps
- updated WS pack sweps to use whole sight collection
- added attachment pack entities
- updated base pack sweps to use whole sight collection
- updated majority of weapons to support CW2 Mag System
- updated attachment names and descriptions
- fixed reload times and animations on DOI LMG-s
