Fixed an issue with rendering related to high objects

Made changes to the way cars work:
- When exiting the car, it doesn't just disappear anymore and can be driven again
- You need to actually look at the car now to enter it
- Added an infobox to show the button you need to press to enter a car

Fixed some issues with public transport, updated UI to show some of the recent changes.

-Finally fixed the UI boxes
-Reworked completely how the mod works - there's now actual physics
-Jumping is now a thing
-Third person now also exists - just scroll that mouse wheel backward!

For some reason change notes don't work for me so I'll just do it this way:

06/03/2016: Added crude collisions - will refine later
07/03/2016: Refined the collisions so you can now stalk people in their backyards :)
09/03/2016: Added vehicle driving as well as vehicle collisions
10/03/2016: Added parked vehicle driving and collisions
10/03/2016: (Hopefully) fixed the UI to work better
