the mod now looks for existing material textures instead of simply setting new textures and possibly creating new ones.

-sliders now also affect NetExt roads, i.e. small road, oneway, medium and highway ground set the brightness for their counterparts
-no additional sliders will be added till I figure out how to let the computer do this for me
-changes to the naming of some ground roads. please check your sliders.
-new default values for the highway to fit more to Network Extensions highways
-NetExt highways use a denser map texture, without replacing this also I can't change the colour any more
-more compatibility fixes for NetExt, exceptions added to not touch any textures

Sorry for the file size, but using png files for 80+ replaced textures just kills your RAM
