-updated map in southern africa (21 new provs -This is is probably the maximum extent i will extend into africa, I know there were nations in southern kongo, but i cant add them cause western would then take them and they should not be able to extend into tropes, provs in regions like uganda will probably get a rework in future tomorrow and some tags, madagascar i dont want to rly see colonized)

-added autonomy to west prussia, moravia, anjou lands, croatia and land not in russian core of novgorod
-fixed some history files

-increased ai agressiveness (ai is to passive atm)
-reduced prod eff by 10% and trade eff by 20% (ai is too rich atm)
-changed 30% manpower from feudal monarchy to 10% manpower and 10% manpower recovery speed
-changed steppe horde modifiers :
duke: now 25% forcelimit and manpower instead of 35%
king: now 50% instead of 75%
emperor : now 75% instead of 105%
all of them : added 10% manpower recovery speed
-added a modifier giving 2,5% discipline to the russian counts Moskva, Tver, Yaroslavl, Ryazan and Nizhny Novgorod
-added a modifier to france which gives them 10% manpower, 25 % more land fl and 10% reduced regiment costs till 1460
