Changed a number of things.
Most importantly you should see a drastic improvement in performance. I removed the wind in the map thus all the trees are now stationary and clients will not have to render tree movement.

Additionally fog has been greatly reduced to a much more acceptable level, and a faulty area portal has been fixed near the North East part of the map that caused displacements and props behind it not to render to the player.

Minor changes include fixing remaining floating props near insurgent spawn at Objective Delta, also fixed are props in Objective Charlie set to physics props that were not supported and did not render into the game allowing players to see through the wall into the staircase.

If you have the other version of the map please navigate to your insurgency/maps/workshop folder and remove "Pamir" files and keep "Pamir_v3"

I spent the last few days ironing out some kinks and also figuring some things out. The map looks much better even with a few small changes.
1. Made some minor optimizations (not perfect but performance should be better)
2. Adjusted and improved lighting
3. Moved Security spawns for balance reasons
4. Increased fog to reduce long range visibility
5. Added damage triggers to fire
6. Adjusted floating props
7. Moved some entrances/windows to buildings to limit over powered sight lines
8. Added power lines for aesthetics
9. Created vote screen thumbnail
