* Removed the last debug log that made it through the last update
* Tweaked the way the flingomatic cool down players:
-> Players need to be hit twice as much as before to get frozen.
-> Player temperature cannot drop to crazy values (now capped around -5 degrees celsius)
-> The flingomatic will now cool down a player even if the curent season is not summer

*Switched to all_clients_require_mod (forgot to turn it on on the previous commit). This is required for the client to have proper range display.

*Fixed the range not being displayed properly for the placer and the helper

* Cleaned up and updated the code
* Removed the console spamming

Known "issue": if you change the range in the mod, this won't be visible in-game (the placer will still show the same range even though the effective range is changed). This is not top priority but will fix that later

*Rewrote completly the code to fix my beginners mistakes.

*The flingomatic will now try to target the player only during summer

*When the flingomatic enter emergency extinguish mode, it won't anymore stay in emergency mode for ever without any possibility to interact with it

*Fixed a crash where the "Cancel" function was not known

Made it compatible with the "Always On Tiki Torch" mod.
The flingomatic will ignore the tiki torch if it is set to ignore "Any".

Fixed the issue that was occuring when both the host and the client had the mod enabled.
Now you can keep it enabled even as a client.

Made the mod server side only.
The mod should be activated only on the host or the dedicated server. Clients need to disable it if they have it installed to prevent any conflict.
